Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted on a server located in the European Union. When a page is loaded, the server automatically stores access data in log files: IP address (truncated or only processed for the duration of the connection), date and time, requested page, transferred volume, browser type and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Fonts & assets
Fonts and all media are served locally from our own server (self-hosted). No data is transmitted to third parties (e.g. Google Fonts), and no external CDNs are used.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or marketing cookies and does not embed any third-party analytics service. No non-essential information is stored on or read from your device (§ 25 German TDDDG). A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Contact form & appointment request
When you use the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, optionally phone number, your message and any reference images you upload voluntarily) in order to handle your request and get in touch with you. Transmission is encrypted (TLS) and the message is delivered to us by email. Reference images are not stored in a public gallery or a separate upload database; they are transferred only as an attachment to the request. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR (consent and initiation of a treatment relationship). Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Google Maps
A Google Maps map is embedded on the contact page. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is blocked by default. Only when you actively click on "Load Google Maps" does your browser establish a connection to Google. In particular, your IP address, browser and device data may be transmitted to Google and possibly processed in the USA. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR; you can reload the page at any time without reactivating the map. Further information is available in Google's privacy notice.

This website contains links to external platforms. No content from these providers is loaded through these links alone. Only when you actively click on such a link do the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent given with effect for the future at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
